CONFUSING ADVERBS

• at the moment           = now (ahora)
• actually            = really (en realidad)

• especially        = in particular (particularmente)
• specially          = for a specific thing (específicamente)

• ever                 = one time (alguna vez, una vez)
• even                = including (incluso)

• hard                = difficult (duramente)
• hardly              = almost nothing (apenas)

• in the end       = finally (finalmente, conclusion)
• at the end       = ..of something (al final de algo) (ex. una canción)

• late                  = not on time (tarde)
• lately               = recently (recientemente)

• near                = close (cerca)
• nearly              = almost (casi)

• still                  = like yet but more emphatic (todavía, aún: continua)  STILL+ VERB (+)
• yet                  = not up to the present time (hasta now)  SENTENCE + YET (-) (?)
• already            = (ha pasado antes de now) AUX + ALREADY + MAIN VERB (+)
